Are you looking for a great opportunity to get involved in the Madison community and benefit your favorite FREE zoo at the same time? Become an Informational Volunteer at the Henry Vilas Zoo!
This unique volunteer opportunity is new to the zoo and we need YOU to help make this program grow.
Informational Volunteer Roles & Responsibilities:
1) Staff the information booth located at the Main zoo entrance
2) Greet and welcome zoo visitors with a smile
3) Answer questions that patrons may have upon entering the zoo
3) Direct visitors to their favorite animals and other important areas of the zoo
4) Interact with visitors by distributing maps, trading cards, stamps, and scavenger hunts
All volunteers must attend an orientation and a bi-monthly commitment is recommended.
